  This is simply taking multiple security solutions or services and integrating them into an affordable, flexible architecture to protect the organization. SMB are a huge target for Ransomware because of the lack of expertise at the organization, absence of dedicated security budget and apathy towards new technologies.

• Total Experience

  This is a business strategy that integrates employee experience, customer experience, user experience and multiexperience across multiple touchpoints to accelerate growth. Utilizing internal and external messaging platforms, call center options for small business (no longer tied to a landline), email and video capabilities. Total experience can drive greater customer and employee confidence, satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy through holistic management of stakeholder experiences.

• Internet of Things (IoT)

Most are familiar with IoT think connected devices in your home - Alexa, Ring Doorbell, Nest, Apple Watches. Vineyards are also taking advantage of technology to monitor real time conditions like weather status, soil conditions, humidity, efficient water use and irrigation management. These devices can also provide more granular information like ambient temperature, wind speed, UV radiation index, relative (ambient) humidity, leaf wetness and soil moisture.
